## What it is

## Central claim

## Four patterns (what a break looks like)
- Performer: break at Alignment. Building for an audience; the work feels heavy because it isn't yours.
- Loop Operator: break at Decision. Spending fuel reconsidering what is already decided.
- Fragmented Operator: break at Action. Confusing busy-ness with business.
- Chaser: break at Creation. Forcing outcomes through effort instead of allowing them.
