What is The Signal Before the System?
The Signal Before the System is a 30-page book by Jalil Ahad, subtitled How Alignment Becomes Revenue, Scale, and Control. What is the Signal Check?
A short interactive self-assessment on the site that scores your alignment, decision, action and creation, shows where the signal breaks, and names the pattern you fall into: Performer, Loop Operator, Fragmented Operator or Chaser.
What are the four patterns?
Performer (a break at Alignment: building for an audience, so the work feels heavy because it isn't yours). Loop Operator (a break at Decision: reconsidering what is already decided). Fragmented Operator (a break at Action: confusing busy-ness with business). Chaser (a break at Creation: forcing outcomes through effort instead of allowing them).

Three parts. The Misdiagnosis (pages 7 to 16), The Law (pages 17 to 27, including four System Checks), and The Foundation of the Constant (pages 28 to 30).
